Last Updated: 30.06.2026
1 Introduction
This Direct Debit & Instalment Payment Policy explains how Multi Nest Ltd trading as RepairGo ("RepairGo", "we", "our", or "us") collects payments from customers who choose to pay by Direct Debit.
RepairGo does not operate a subscription or membership service under this policy. Direct Debit is used solely as a convenient payment method for:
- One-off service fees;
- Approved deposits;
- Outstanding invoice balances; or
- Agreed instalment payment plans relating to a specific repair or maintenance service.
By choosing Direct Debit, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2 Available Payment Options
Depending on the type of service booked, customers may be offered one or more of the following payment methods:
- Full payment before the appointment.
- Full payment upon completion of the work.
- A deposit followed by the remaining balance.
- An approved instalment payment plan.
- One-off Direct Debit payment.
The available payment options will be confirmed during the booking process or before work commences.
3 One-Off Direct Debit Payments
Where you authorise a one-off Direct Debit, RepairGo will collect only the amount relating to the specific booking, quotation or invoice.
Your authorisation does not permit RepairGo to collect additional payments unless you provide separate approval for another transaction.
4 Instalment Payment Plans
For selected repairs or higher-value services, RepairGo may offer customers the option to pay by instalments.
Where an instalment plan is agreed:
- The total amount payable will be confirmed in writing before the first collection.
- You will receive details of the instalment amounts and payment dates.
- Instalments apply only to the agreed quotation or invoice.
- Once all scheduled payments have been collected, the Direct Debit arrangement for that invoice automatically ends.
- No recurring or ongoing payments will be collected after the agreed balance has been paid in full.
RepairGo reserves the right to determine which services qualify for instalment payments.
5 Advance Notice of Collections
Before any Direct Debit payment is collected, RepairGo will provide advance notice confirming:
- The payment amount.
- The collection date.
- The relevant quotation, booking or invoice.
If any agreed payment amount changes, we will notify you before collecting the revised amount.
6 Failed or Missed Payments
If a Direct Debit payment is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, cancelled instructions or any other banking issue:
- We may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
- Any unpaid balance will remain immediately payable.
- Further appointments or services may be postponed until payment has been received.
- Persistent payment failures may result in the cancellation of instalment facilities for future bookings.
- Any charges imposed by your bank or building society remain your responsibility.
7 Cancelling Your Direct Debit
You may cancel your Direct Debit instruction at any time by contacting your bank or building society.
Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your obligation to pay for services already booked, completed or invoiced.
If you cancel your Direct Debit before all agreed payments have been collected, you must arrange an alternative payment method before the payment due date.
8 Refunds
Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where a refund is approved, we will normally return the funds using the original payment method wherever reasonably practicable.
9 Direct Debit Guarantee
All eligible Direct Debit payments are protected by the UK Direct Debit Guarantee.
