Terms & Conditions

Repair Go is a fixed-price/recurring appliance repair specialist where customers can book repairs for all their household and kitchen appliances. We operate nationwide and our network of service engineers can repair appliances from all leading manufacturers. Since Repair Go was launched in 2002, we have successfully repaired over 1 million appliances and we pride ourselves on offering a competitively priced, fast, efficient and reliable repair service.

What is included?

  • The fixed price appliance repair fee covers the cost of the service engineer’s call out and evaluation of your product.
  • We will pay for the cost of labour and parts up to the value of £250.00.
  • Repair of a single fault as entered in the “Description of Fault” box on your original quotation form.
  • A professional safety check and full testing.
  • All repairs come with a 90-day repair guarantee.
  • VAT included in the fixed price repair fee.

What is not included?

  • If your product fails to pass the evaluation or is determined not to be repairable.
  • If false or inaccurate information is provided at the point of booking.
  • If parts required exceed the value of £250.00.
  • If parts are obsolete or unavailable.
  • Commercial appliances or domestic appliances installed in commercial premises.
  • Engineer parking costs or accessibility issues.

If we cannot fix your appliance or continue with your repair

If your product fails the evaluation or we cannot continue due to any of the listed conditions, your contract will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided less a call-out / administration charge of £75.00. No additional compensation will be paid.

We cannot continue with the repair if:

  • The appliance is commercial or installed in commercial premises.
  • The appliance is found to be working.
  • The appliance is located in caravans or boats.
  • The fault requires a replacement glass hob top.
  • The fault occurred due to misuse, negligence or poor installation.
  • The appliance has suffered flood damage or infestation.
  • The appliance was not installed according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • A suitable repair date cannot be agreed and an engineer has attended.
  • Access to the appliance or property is not possible.
  • Parts are obsolete or repair exceeds six weeks.
  • The appliance is covered by another warranty.

Your Fixed Price Repair Appointment

You can book your repair online or over the phone. Accurate appliance information including make, model, serial number and fault description must be provided.

Your payment will be charged on the next working day following acceptance. You will receive a booking confirmation and invoice with your job number and appointment date.

We do not guarantee a first-time fix. Parts may be ordered if required and delivery times may vary depending on availability.

Guarantee Period

  • The repair is guaranteed for 90 days from completion.
  • The guarantee covers only the original fault.
  • Unrelated faults are not covered.
  • The guarantee becomes invalid if the appliance is misused, moved, or altered.

Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment

  • You may change or cancel up to 16:00 the day before your appointment for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after this time incur a £75.00 call-out / administration charge.
  • If access is not available on arrival, a £75.00 charge applies.

Appliance Installation Services

What is included?

  • VAT
  • Labour
  • Professional safety check and testing

What is not included?

  • Commercial appliances
  • Appliances in caravans or boats
  • Unsuitable plumbing, drainage or electrical supplies
  • Mechanical or structural alterations

Installation Conditions

Appliances must be on site, accessible and located in the installation room. Suitable parking must be provided. If installation cannot proceed, a refund will be issued less £75.00.

Data Protection

Your personal information will be held and used by Repair Go and selected service providers. Data may be shared with engineers, regulators, or dispute resolution bodies. Marketing communications will only be sent with consent.

Use of the Website

All website content, trademarks and intellectual property belong to Repair Go. Content may be accessed and printed for personal use only.

General Disclaimer

Repair Go makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of website content and accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on such information.

Governing Law and Statutory Rights

English Law applies. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
